General Terms & Acceptable Use Policy

This General Terms & Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs participation in and use of services, programs, digital products, and materials provided by Vilago Psychological Services, PLLC and its associated brands, including Crush That Exam (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any service, program, or digital product, you agree to comply with this Policy, along with our Payment & Billing Policies and any applicable addenda.
1. Scope of Services
This Policy applies to all offerings, including but not limited to:
Individual coaching sessions
Group coaching programs
Subscriptions and memberships
Digital products, courses, recordings, workbooks, and study materials
Online communities, platforms, and events
Participation constitutes agreement to these terms.
2. Intellectual Property & License of Use
All materials provided through our services—including videos, audio recordings, written content, worksheets, slides, frameworks, methods, and community content—are the intellectual property of Vilago Psychological Services, PLLC unless otherwise stated.
License Grant
Materials are licensed, not sold.
Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for individual use only.
This license does not grant ownership rights.
3. Prohibited Use of Materials
Clients may not:
Share, distribute, forward, upload, or provide access to materials to individuals who have not purchased them
Reproduce, copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any materials
Record, screen-capture, or redistribute coaching sessions, group calls, or digital content without written permission
Use materials for training, teaching, or content creation outside of personal study
Unauthorized use constitutes a violation of this Policy.
4. Digital Product Sharing & Misuse
Sharing digital products or program materials with non-purchasers is strictly prohibited.
Violations may result in:
Immediate termination of access to all services and materials
Removal from communities or programs
Permanent restriction from future services
Administrative or remediation actions as outlined in our Payment Enforcement Addendum
No refunds will be issued in cases of misuse.
5. Community Standards & Conduct
Participation in coaching programs and online communities requires respectful and professional behavior.
Clients agree to:
Engage respectfully with staff and other participants
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct
Avoid sharing confidential or identifying information of others
We reserve the right to remove participants from sessions or communities for behavior that disrupts the learning environment.
6. Access & Service Integrity
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or revoke access to services, materials, or communities for policy violations
Limit or deny participation when behavior or actions interfere with operations, payment integrity, or community safety
Modify access as needed to maintain program quality
Reinstatement is not guaranteed.

Violations of this Policy may result in consequences related to payment status, access suspension, or service termination as outlined in those documents.
8. Disclaimer & Educational Purpose
All services and materials are provided for educational and coaching purposes only. Participation does not guarantee exam outcomes or professional results.
Clients are responsible for their own implementation, study practices, and professional decisions.
9. Policy Updates & Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy as needed. Material changes will be communicated to active clients when applicable. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
10. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which Vilago Psychological Services, PLLC is registered.
