Payment Enforcement & Administrative Addendum

Last Updated: January 24, 2026

Account Suspension & Reinstatement

Accounts suspended due to nonpayment, chargebacks, repeated policy violations, or administrative intervention may require review prior to reinstatement. Reinstatement is not guaranteed and may be subject to additional administrative requirements or fees.

Failed Payments

If a payment method is declined or fails, clients are responsible for promptly updating payment information. Repeated payment failures may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

Abuse of Courtesy Policies

Courtesy exceptions are intended as one-time accommodations. Repeated misuse may result in loss of future exceptions or denial of services.

Partial Participation

Accessing any portion of a service, program, or digital product constitutes use. Partial participation does not alter payment obligations or refund eligibility.

Digital Product Misuse & Sharing

Unauthorized sharing or distribution of digital products or program materials may result in:

  • Immediate termination of access

  • Administrative or remediation fees

  • Permanent restriction from future services

Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients who initiate chargebacks may be responsible for administrative costs and may be denied future services, regardless of dispute outcome.

Denial of Future Services

We reserve the right to refuse future services to individuals who violate payment or usage policies.

Policy Updates

Policies may be updated as needed. Material changes will be communicated to active clients when applicable.
