Payment Plan Application

At Crush That Exam, we understand that unexpected financial challenges can happen. Payment plans are available in certain situations to help clients resolve balances while continuing their progress in the program.

Payment plans must follow the approved structure and are subject to review by our team.

Payment plans may be requested for:

✔ Group coaching enrollment
✔ Outstanding balances from coaching sessions
✔ Failed or delinquent coaching package payments

  • Step 1 — Submit a Request

Complete the payment plan request form below.

    Step 2 — Request Review

Our team reviews all requests to ensure they meet our payment plan guidelines.

Please allow 2–3 business days for review.

Step 3 — Activate Your Payment Plan

If approved, you will receive a QuickBooks invoice containing your payment plan schedule.

Your payment plan becomes active once the first payment successfully processes.

Step 4 — Continue Your Program

Once your payment plan is active, you may continue services or register for your group coaching cohort, as applicable.

  • Group Coaching Payment Plan

Group coaching payment plans follow a standard structure:

    • 50% of the program fee due upfront
    • 50% due one month later
    • $10 non-refundable payment plan setup fee

The final payment must be completed before the cohort ends.

After the first payment successfully processes, you will receive a coupon code to register for your cohort.

Cohort seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Activating your payment plan promptly is recommended.

    Coaching Balance Payment Plans

Clients with outstanding balances from coaching sessions, packages, or failed payments may request a payment plan.

If approved, the remaining balance may be divided into:

    • Two payments, or
    • Three payments

A $10 non-refundable payment plan setup fee will apply.

Depending on the circumstances, coaching services may be paused until the balance is resolved.

  • Payment plans are offered as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

Submitting a payment plan request does not automatically create a payment plan or approve a payment arrangement.

All requests are reviewed individually and must meet our payment plan guidelines.

Factors that may be considered include:

    • Current account standing
    • Outstanding balance amount
    • Previous payment history
    • Existing payment arrangements

Clients may only have one active payment plan at a time. Existing payment plans must be completed, canceled, or otherwise resolved before a new payment plan can be approved.

  • • Payment plans must follow the approved structure for the service selected. Custom payment schedules are not available.

    • Payment plans are administered through automatic recurring payments.

    • A $10 non-refundable setup fee will be added to all approved payment plans.

    • Payment plans do not reduce, forgive, or modify the total balance owed.

    • Payment plans are a commitment to pay the full approved balance.

    • Missed or failed payments may result in services, coaching access, community access, or digital course access being paused until the account is brought current.

    • If we are unable to successfully process payment and do not receive a response from the client, services and access may be suspended after 30 days of delinquency.

    • Payment plans are designed to resolve balances quickly. Long-term payment arrangements are not available.

    • Payment plans cannot be modified after approval. Payment dates and payment amounts remain fixed for the duration of the plan.

    Communication Responsibility

Clients are responsible for communicating proactively if they anticipate difficulty making a scheduled payment.

Failure to communicate does not pause, modify, or cancel payment obligations. Missed payments remain subject to the payment plan terms and may result in suspended services or account restrictions.

  • Can I switch to a different payment plan after mine has been approved?

No. Once a payment plan has been approved and payments have begun, the payment schedule cannot be changed. Please review your proposed payment plan carefully before accepting it.

Can I change my payment date?

No. Payment dates are established when the payment plan is created and cannot be changed later. Be sure to select a payment schedule that works for your budget before agreeing to the plan.

What happens if my credit or debit card expires?

You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method throughout the duration of your payment plan. If a payment fails because a card has expired or payment information is outdated, you must update your payment information promptly to avoid delinquency and interruption of services.

Can I cancel my payment plan?

No. A payment plan is a commitment to pay an existing balance over time. Once a payment plan has been approved and accepted, the full balance remains due according to the agreed-upon schedule.

Can I pay off my balance early?

Yes. You may pay off your remaining balance at any time without penalty. Contact Customer Care and we will provide an invoice for the remaining balance. Once the balance has been paid in full, any remaining scheduled payments will be canceled.

    Why was my access paused?

Access to services, coaching, and digital resources may be paused if your account becomes delinquent. If a payment fails, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. If your account remains unpaid and we do not receive a response within 30 days, access to services and digital course materials may be suspended until the account is brought current.

What happens if a payment fails?

If a payment fails, we will notify you and provide an opportunity to update your payment information. You are responsible for ensuring that payments are successfully processed according to the agreed-upon schedule.

Who should I contact if I have questions about my payment plan?

Please contact Customer Care for assistance with billing questions, payment plans, payment methods, or account status.

  • If you have reviewed the information above and believe a payment plan is appropriate for your situation, please complete the request form below.
